I began personal training in 2008 at a small gym in Indiana. I specialized in weight loss due to my own success story of overcoming obesity.

In 2008, I began personal training in New York. I specialized in weight loss and nutrition. I also began group exercise instruction. I started teaching small group PT and as the class numbers grew I transfered into an aerobic teaching format, a class called "Sculpting" (resistance training using body weight, bands, bars, dumbbells, yoga balls etc). As the demand grew I began teaching: Pilates, Kickboxing, Spinning/Cycling, Tabata, Cardio and Pilates on the Ball.
