Becoming a C.H.E.K. Certified Exercise Coach has helped me become very concious about breathing and proper posture while providing Challenging Fun Full Body Funtional Training to my clients I like to provide a variety of Trainings to people so that they don't end up with the same boring routines my Trainings consist of Kettle Bells, VipR, Suspension, Swiss Ball, Medicine balls and more I like to incorporate these tools into Boot camps, HIIT, and Core Training. All the trainings provided are focused around Funtional Dynamic Movements such as your Primal Patterns every Training is different you will find yourself being uniquely challenged in every Training provided.
