Teaching Philosophy:

I strive to include all students fully in each class and teach from where they are. Through yoga philosophy and sequencing I endeavour to take each student on their own individual journey of discovery and healing, to open their bodies and their minds and to help them find peace in each breath along the way. I am discovering my authentic teaching self which presents itself in a number of diverse ways from humour to philosophy and everything in between.

No matter how I feel when I arrive at the Boatshed on a Monday night- I ALWAYS feel so much better when I leave there. This class manages to reduce stress, increase flexibility and push my mind and body in directions that I didn’t think possible! I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
