Aly Beanish

My love for yoga started with a collection of my mother's workout DVD's in my basement at age 14. As I began to fall in love with the practice, I fell in love with teaching too. In my last year of highschool I made the decision to take my practice to the next step and get certified. Since then, yoga has taken me in directions I would have never dreamed of. No matter where I am, or where I end up, I will always take my knowledge of yoga with me. Namaste.
