Since the age of 16 I have been a fitness enthusiest. I have tryed almost every type of workout class from High Intensity training to Yoga. It is an exhilarating feeling to be in environment that drives your health and fitness goals. During my mid twenties is when I decided I wanted to pursue my passion of fitness by dedicating time and education to pursuing all I could about the fitness industry. I started my fitness career voluntering at a local YMCA which lead me into obtaining a parttime position in the wellness dept. as a wellness coach and youth fitness instructor. Eventually I ended up obtaining a position at a local hospital working in there wellness department to help lead a low impact exercise support group and healthy living program. I want to spread the positive benefits of physical activity and healthy eating as far around the world as I can go.
