Michelle Sadtler

I live in St. Louis, Missouri and attended undergraduate at Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri where I received a B.S. degree in Exercise Physiology. I started teaching in 1992 while in undergrad and it quickly became a passion of mine. I also became a Personal Trainer and practiced teaching and training while attending graduate school at Lindenwood University in St. Louis. I graduated with a Masters of Science degree in 1999.

I have two children, and have been married to my husband, Jeff, for 25 years. We love to workout as a family and all have a passion for health and fitness and sharing it with others on their health journey. With over 30 years of teaching experience, I am able to adapt my classes to any level the participants may need, and my education and background in Exercise Physiology guarantees a safe and effective class for all levels.
