Sara Vandenberg

Sara has worked in the fitness industry for over a decade helping adults live healthier lives through movement. As a former competitive dancer, she loves rhythm based workouts where she can move her body to the beat. Sara has been trained in nearly 20 different fitness formats including cycling, aqua, strength, dance, cardio, and mind/body. Sara travels to fitness conferences across the US providing continuing education to other fitness professionals and creating instructor training materials. Specifically, she is a Master Trainer for the SOUL Fitness brands and a content creator for BARREfusion. In addition to her work with SOUL fitness, you can also find Sara as a deck presenter in recent WATERinMOTION Master Classes and instructor training videos. 

 

Sara, along with her husband and 5-year-old son, live in Moorhead, MN. In addition to leading community members to a more active lifestyle, she is a guest contributor to the Fargo Moms Blog. When she’s not working you can find Sara hiking with her family, sipping her favorite green tea and eating peanut butter straight out of the jar.
