Doreen Delgaty

I am trained with YogFit, over 1000 hours of instructional training in Yoga,, RYT500, and Yoga Therapist C-IAYT. Iridology 1&2, and Ayurveda, having completed the 100 hour Ayurveda Coaching Certificate. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching, and a Special Education 5th year degree, and have taught elementary school and special education for 22 years. I love yoga so much and enjoy sharing it with others. Yoga has given me the tools I need to strengthen my body, in mind, body, and spirit. I love how yoga practice takes me closer to nature. Growing up on a dairy farm, I have always lived close to Mother Earth and Nature. I love meeting people and catering to their needs. Yoga for Diabetics, Heart, Cancer Survivors, Patients, and Caregivers, Restorative Yoga, and Restorative Therapeutics are part of my trainings. I am certified with the International Association of Yoga Therapists. I am registered with Yoga Alliance. I look forward to sharing my practice and knowledge!
