My goal with all the modalities and with all the students is that the individual feels better after the lesson or class than when he or she began. In the past twenty years, this has happened. It is the stimulus that keeps me in this field. Helping and seeing people improve is the best feeling. Health and fitness have strong components of self-responsibility. In that perspective, I am living the way of fitness and have empathy towards individuals who have experienced challenges. Each person comes into the class or lesson with unique and specific needs and history. To the best of my abilities I honor each person and tailor exercises to be fun as well as helpful.
