An avid planner, perfectionist, and gym-goer, I needed a way to calm my mind and balance my stiff muscles. In this quest for balance, I found yoga to be a sanctuary in my harried Type-A world. After years of a fulfilling personal practice, I knew I had to share this passion. I bring a combination of intensity and tranquility to my practice. Each class will challenge you, yet leave you rejuvenated and refreshed. Off the mat, I am a health and wellness fanatic who loves to discuss food, healthcare, and fitness.
I also have my MBA and Master's in Health Care Administration, and work full time in the hospital industry.
