Aude Rioland

Aude is a professional contemporary dancer who has been active on national and international stages for almost a decade. Early on, she incorporated Pilates and Yoga into her life as a dancer. Her interest in these two disciplines led her to become a Mat Pilates instructor in 2009 at Ann McMillan Pilates as well as a Yoga teacher in 2012 at Yoga Sangha College. Aude has been teaching both since 2008 in various sports centres and studios as well as for a number of companies (Nautilus, AXA, Loto Quebec, Lavery, Collège Ahunsic, Pro-Actif Santé, Rogers, etc.).
