I have always been fitness minded.  I have been a runner most of my life and have attended many different fitness classes for the last twenty years including step classes, jazzercise, aerobics, and pump.  I became hooked on Zumba in 2012 and became a licensed instructor and Zin Member in 2013.  I love teaching Zumba Toning and have found that those that attend my class enjoy the great Zumba music as well as the toning benefits that light weights and Toning Sticks provide for the hour long workout.  I also incorporate core exercises with Pilates during one of the songs for the class to experience full body toning benefits.  I really enjoy teaching for my own benefit of staying in shape as well as setting higher health and fitness standards for women of all ages to strive for. in June if 2016 I became licensed to teach Pi Yo and also teach it weekly at Highland Fitness in Eau Claire.  I love the music and great workout Pi Yo gives me and I love sharing this wonderful experience with my students.
