I have a cheerful and energetic personality and a love for Zumba® Fitness! I have always enjoyed being active; but could never find a workout that matched my personality until I was introduced to Zumba® Fitness in 2010. I became a licensed Zumba® Fitness instructor in 2011 and enjoy inspiring others to reach their fitness goals while having fun! I am licensed in Zumba® and Zumba® Toning, Zumba Gold, and Aqua Zumba.

I have a Bachelors of Science with a specialty in Nuclear Medicine Technology from Oakland University and live in Lake Orion, Michigan with my husband and 3 children.
