Linda Budlong

I am an experienced fitness professional, I began teaching in June of 1995.  My certifications include, Yoga ERYT 200, RYT 500, ACE Personal Trainer and NETA Group Fitness Instructor.  I have taught many different types of classes such as strength training, yoga vinyasa flow, yin yoga, water aerobics, step, hi/lo, interval, circuit training and resist-a-ball.  My current focus is on yoga and strength training.  I love travel and have loved taking classes while on vacation, now I look forward to teaching them.
