Since January 2011, I have lost about 120 pounds. Most of that was done with the help of Zumba. Once I started Zumba, I immediately fell in love with it, and got a license to teach as soon as I could. Now, exercise and fitness are a huge part of my life and would love the opportunity to help people reach their fitness goals in fun, safe way, and at the same time bring a little music into their lives! I have been Crossfitting for about 2 years and participating in Olympic Weightlifting for about 1 year. In addition to being a licensed Zumba and Aqua Zumba instructor, I am also qualified to teach spin, kickboxing and bootcamp/strength training.
