My yoga journey began around the age of 16, a time where I was searching for strength both physically and mentally. Since then, my dedication to yoga has only grown. In the past two years I began exploring the yogic philosophy more sincerely, ultimately culminating in my completion of my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Marianne Wells Yoga School. I am a dedicated practitioner of yoga, with an expanding knowledge of not just the physical practice, but of the mental and spiritual as well. As a hatha yoga teacher it is my hope to guide others in their understanding of the yogic philosophy as they work on healing their minds, bodies, and spirits.
