I have taken ballet, modern dance etc for 25 years. Owner of own pilates studio approx 3 years. Fitness has been a lifestyle of mine since a young age. I use to work in dental for 17 years and wanted to do something that was my passion and new if I put my mind to it anything can happened. Opening a studio of my own has been such a wonderful experience. Teaching classes, personal training also running pilates bootcamps has been very successful. Helping clients change their posture, ways of life and giving then confidence in themselves again has been very rewarding. I do travel as much as I can and always participate in the classes at the resort. I would love to be given the opportunity to share my knowledge and classes while traveling. Best of both worlds they say.
