I graduated in 2007 as a Registered Nurse with an associate of applied science degree. I worked as a nurse for a few years before i became a stay at home mom military wife and fitness enthusiast. Eventually i began working at Foxwoods casino part time just for fun. While in Connecticut I began training for the Seattle marathon. My passion for fitness grew stronger. After relocating to Seattle I decided to become a zumba instructor. Rheumatoid Arthritis was a major setback but not for long. Zumba opened the door for me. I loved teaching and helping others. I got certified in 4 other formats and AFFA group fitness. I am currently working on NASM personal trainer. I currently teach for the Suquamish tribe as part of their health and wellness program. I am also currently teaching aqua zumba, zumba, piyo and Insanity for the Ymca.
