Angela Beshears has been teaching group aerobic classes since 1997. She is a certified by the National Exercise Trainer Association. She teaches a wide variety of classes which include: Aqua, Pilates, Yoga, Sculpting, Fitness Column, Body Bars, Stability Ball, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Hi/low floor, and Step. Angela is a licensed Physical Therapist who believes body mechanics and posture are all important aspects of exercise to prevent injuries. She was a track athlete in college and understands the spectrum of exercise needs from an athlete to a recreational exerciser.
