Lauren Dickenson

My name is Lauren Dickenson, I am 26 years of age and reside just east of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

I am a certified power vinyasa yoga instructor and a fitness bootcamp leader. I teach yoga 3+ times per week at a Power Yoga Canada studio in the Greater Toronto Area.  I teach power vinyasa 60, 75 and 90minute classes. I also teach deep flow classes, acrobatic yoga, and thai yoga massage.

I am a brand ambassador for Oakley Canada, HoneyMaxx nutritional Sports Drinks, and BMAT Yoga Mats.

I am enthusiastic and energetic, and my mission is to be of service to a variety of communities and people.  This opportunity would allow me to reach further than I have ever imagined being of service would take me.
