I am a full-time public school educator. I became passionate about health and fitness after a 78 lb weight-loss. I run and frequent the gym. I have run several races, including two marathons. Group exercise classes are my joy. I love how people of all ages and levels of fitness can participate with guidance and appropriate modifications and experience improvements in health, fitness, and quality of life.
I teach several formats: General Group Fitness, Weight-training, Bootcamp, indoor Cycling, Yoga, Zumba (various fomats), Strong, and Aquatic Fitness.
