My experience with fitness has been a life long journey. I have always danced and participated in sports ( track, field hockey, soccer, swimming). Running has always been a passion of mine, I make it part of my daily routine. I enjoy going on long runs with my friends. I have been teaching group exercise classes since 1991. I teach daily at LifeTime Fitnes Club in Texas. I love that I get to teach a variety of classes ranging from -- strength, cycle, aqua, barbell, boot camp, INSANITY, functional integrated training, intervals, core, trx, etc. I am very motivational and funny -- my classes are always full and cater to all fitness levels. Daily, the members thank me for helping them enjoy working out and achieving their fitness goals. My classes are full of variety and focus on muscular and cardio vascular endurance. My goal is to inspire people to be the best that they can be and to come out of their comfort zone.
My philosophy as a personal trainer is that we must all find the right balance. Meaning - balance with muscular strength, physical endurance, nutrition, flexibility, rest & mental state. All of my clients come to me with different goals and needs. I always start my job by getting these components back in balance with appropriate intensity in each category to achieve each client's fitness needs.
