I became a certified aerobic instructor in 1992 and worked for 9 years at a health club in North Conway N.H. During this time I taught many styles of fitness class (in and out of water) and then opened a studio in N.H. then moved to a studio at my residence in Fryeburg, Maine. I now teach yoga classes and have a dedicated group of students whom I enjoy sharing my deeper understanding of this practice with.
