Orginally from Panama City, Florida, I spent most of my childhood moving, consequently identifying as a "Navy Brat".  When I graduated from Rhode Island College in 2011, I decided to not use my degree and instead travel, by train, to the west coast.  I spent 6 months in Alaska, working as a front desk assistant manager at a hostel & lodge near Denali National Park.  After the best summer of my life, I ventured to India for three months, studying yoga, volunteering with Animal Aid, an organization in Udaipur, India, and exploring the beautiful and chaotic land and culture through film and photography.  When I returned, I spent 6 months in Colorado and had my first art show in Boulder, Colorado, showcasing documentary work of my travels.  As a loyal lover of the ocean,  I spent last summer in Newport, Rhode Island, before heading to Northern California for the fall.  I worked on an organic farm for the season, and then retired from my successful career as a vagabond, and now I am living and settled in Asheville, North Carolina.  And although I now consider this beautiful place my home, I am now searching for the perfect balance-a place to call home (Asheville), and a job that allows me to travel (yoga), and allows me to interact with people (yoga).
