Andrea Kelley

My name is Andrea. I have just completed my 200 YTT, under the direction of Christine Yovanovich EYT 500. I an also a licensed Occupational Therapist Asst. That has practiced for over 16 years in many settings, giving me optimal experience with body mechanics, safety with movement, proper asana posture and alignment, necessary adjustments, to allow the best outcome for individuals practice. Skilled in various types of pranayama and proper breathing techniques to enhance the yogic experience and allow individuals to become better balanced with mind, body, and spirit. I have practiced therapy for over 16 years with a sense of gratitude in every day. I strive to do my best to help individuals become well balance and grounded, so they can achieve the overall ability to become one with themselves in this present moment. I love to travel and share my knowledge, I enjoy scuba diving, riding motorcycles, meditating, and helping people.
