Veronica Dyer

As a former collegiate and national level track and field athlete I experienced many different types of physcial training. As a student I learned a lot about the human body and why it operates and how. As a professional I have been able to successfully combine my experience from both backgrounds to satisfy the needs of my clients and my athletes, and help them to reshape their bodies and attain their personal goals for fitness and health. The is no one plan that will help or work for everyone. My goal, as a trainer and as a coach, is to help each individual create and implement a workout program that will successfully address their own personal needs and goals. In group situations, my style of expertise is Group Circuit Training. My methods incorporate free weights, bands, stability balls, mats, steppers, or whatever is available, to facilitate a total body workout in a minimal amount of time.
