My full-time job as Sales Director for a large international wireless telecommunications company provides me with the daily exposure and contact with various types of people, which I love. Years ago I chose fitness instruction as a hobby for the sheer pleasure of interacting with the participants and knowing that I am, in some small way, helping them lead a healthier life. Last year, I started down a new road, fully involved in yoga and pilates, in order to impart my knowledge of strengthening the body AND mind.
