I currently teach a variety of Group Fitness Classes at the Rochester Athletic Club. I also teach 2nd grade at an elementary school in Rochester. I have 2 children, daughter- Kennedy and son-Carter. I am fitness fanatic and love to motivate and inspire! I am qualified for the Boston Marathon this past fall and plan to run there in 2015.
