Growing up in North America, I first understood healing as a purely physical science.
Following the principles of Western philosophy and medicine, I focused her studies in
Medical Research, with a Master’s degree in Laboratory Medicine and Pathobiology.
Searching for something more in her own personal journey to health and healing, I was introduced
to the ancient Eastern philosophies where the concept of perfect health is a balance of body, mind, and
spirit. I have since incorporated the teachings of holistic therapies and the deeper levels
of Yoga into my own life.
I am a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) from Marianne Wells Yoga School, passionate about practicing and teaching
yoga from the heart. My diverse background as scientist, certified life coach, and my
life experience, brings my teachings a special dimension. I am devoted to helping
others build physical strength while inspiring them to experience their inner balance and
awareness by focusing on breath, flow and movement.
