As mentioned above I teach 5 classes a week, which I balance with 2 cx works classes and 2 flow classes a week. I have ran the half marathon with the Canadian Army Run. I enjoy fitting in a run in my spare time. Fitness is my passion and I have built a strong bond with my members as well as my fellow teaching team. I enjoy group exercise simply beacause I love being around people. I love how working out brings out all of those positve endorphines. I am very enthusiastic and would have no problem adapting a body attack class to a low option aerobics class or doing some free style aerobics. The body shred that I am trained in would be fantastic for the vacationers who are already fit and are looking for a half hour "butt kick"
My fitness goal is to stay as fit as I can, and enjoy life to the fullest.
