I have struggled with my weight my entire life. I became a member at the Y in 2006 and lost some weight. In January 2011, I was hired for the position of Youth Fitness Instructor for an outreach program through the Y. After becoming nationally accredited as a personal trainer, I learned the tools to lose weight and become healthy. In January 2013, I became the Health and Wellness Coordinator at the East YMCA and I also joined the U.S. Air Force. I have a passion for working with people and helping others reach their goals. While on my deployment from August 2013 to March 2014 I was the first TRX Suspension Training instructor in my deployed location and watched many people ranging from 20-50 years old grow stronger and healthier
I enjoy working out and hanging with friends. I have a personal goal of traveling minimum of one country a year. I enjoy skiing, swimming, and many more activities.
