My first yoga class was in June 2005.  I had played competitive sports for many years and I just didn't think yoga would fit the mold.  My friend begged me to try a class with her - taught by Marianne Wells.  It was an instant passion.  I knew I wanted to share yoga's pleasure and benefits with as many people as possible.

I teach a Hatha Flow class.   Developing a foundation for building a sound, strong, and healthy mind and body.  A challenging yet gentle class that can be enjoyed by beginners or advanced levels.    Slow flowing movements, focusing on the depth and alignment of poses.  Holding poses a fraction longer will help build muscle, inner strength and stamina.  The slower pace allows for deeper exploration and understanding with each pose, building confidence, strength, flexibility and balance.   A well rounded class that will quiet the mind and body, opens the heart, and lets your inner light shine. 

For me, yoga enabled me to find that inner power that had been left untapped for years.  You can live that life you were meant to live, and truly believe in yourself.
