My motto is: "Be Happy. Be Healthy. Be Kind." And that is the philosophy I bring to each training session and fitness class. I am energetic & creative, and I love making fitness fun for all types of athletes, from novices to the experienced.
I make sure that my clients get motivated and to keep their routine so they live a healthy, fit life. I individualize each workout -- whether it is a one-on-one personal training session, small group training or a fitness class -- so that it is fun, challenging and rewarding. I have an extensive array of skill, drills, and exercise modalities that I use; utilizing a combination of cardio, strength training, circuit/interval training, & mat Pilates.
I have certifications as a Peronsal Trainer, Small Group Instructor, an Lifestyle & Behavioral Coach. So you can be assured that I have the experience and credentials (as well as enthusiasm) to get you in shape!
