I am an Experienced Group Aerobic Instructer of 8 years at the New Jersey Shore working for WOW,Powerhouse, Bally's, &Meridian Health System. I initially started aerobics because I loved it so much, and now I am instructing others while keeping fit in my healthy lifestyle. I love to help people improve their physical and mental fitness and acheive their goals. Seeing them reach succesful points is very satisfying to me. I love to work with people.
