Cariann Mazzei

I have been teaching and assisting in Zumba instructor trainings since 2013. I’m currently licensed in all Zumba formats as well as Strong Nation. I’m a verified group exercise instructor and personal trainer. I specialize in aqua aerobics and aqua zumba. Mt zumba classes are easy to follow, and incorporate various levels and progressions so that all can join and enjoy my classes.
