Jessica Blomster

Jessica Blomster received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fitness/Exercise & Sport Studies and a minor in Business Administration from Augustana College (Sioux Falls, SD) in 1997. She graduated with a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Iowa State University in 2000. Jessica has been an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Group Fitness Instructor since 1996, and she instructs a variety of group exercise class formats including aqua, boot camp, sports conditioning, bosu, step, hi/lo, muscular endurance/strength (sculpting), and stability ball. As a corporate and private health/fitness professional, Jessica strives to provide and instruct high quality, motivational programs and classes which enable each individual to achieve his/her health, fitness, and wellness goals.
