Yoga has been a wonderful learning experience for me. I find that in life, every student is a teacher and every teacher is a student.  My Grandfather always encouraged me to be a life long learner.  While seeking to learn more in 2012, I found Yoga, and it quickly became a passion. Over the course of my studies, I have learned that Yoga itself is a lifelong learning practice.  Every time you come to your mat you have the opportunity to learn something new. When I'm not on my mat, I'm enjoying my days as a kindergarten teacher. I see so many similarities between yoga and my young students. Both are always teaching me how to appreciate the little things, laugh at the unexpected, let things go, and to be patient. Yoga is a learning journey and I'm honored to be a part of yours! Namaste.
