I started training in Shotokan karate in 2001 and a few years later became a karate instructor myself.  In order to keep fit for karate, I started attending group fitness classes.  I enjoyed the classes so much I wanted to try my hand at teaching.  In the process, I discovered how much I loved helping others discover fitness.

I have been teaching group fitness since 2011, cycling since 2012.  As an amateur triathlete, cycling is my passion.

I believe that we can never have too much information, and I take every opportunity I can to learn more and improve as an instructor.  I completed my RYT200 Yoga certification in 2015, and am currently studying to become a certified nutrition consultant.
