Lori Sposito

I am from San Antonio Texas and the mother of a 7 year old boy who keeps me busy!! I work full time as a speech pathologist in a rehabilitation hospital. Group exercise is my hobby!!! I have intermittently taught a variety of formats since 1989 including hi/low, conditioning, interval, boot camp, slide, water aerobics, senior classes and my absolute favorite is step!!! I am being continually educated with my continuing education classes for ACE as well as with my full time job as part of the rehabilitation team. I am trained in weight mangement/nutrition, orthopedics/specific exercises, osteoporosis prevention, pain management via mind and body techniques etc. I plan on becoming certified in spinning/cycling in the near future.
