John Vinings

I have been practicing yoga for about three years, hot yoga since January of this year. Shortly after taking my first hot Hatha Yoga class, I knew I was hooked and had to share this love for yoga with others. I enrolled in Sunstone Academy's 200-hour RYT training from which I graduate this Friday April 18, 2014. I will be able to teach simple Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga classes of one hour or less duration at that time. After I graduate from 500-hour training in August with 500 RYT certification, I will be able to teach longer more complex classes. My personal goal is to teach yoga at locations around the world for the rest of my life! (I am a retired dentist).
