Cynthia Marshall is a Health Coach, certified personal trainer, Pilates, and group fitness instructor. Not only does she have the heart to motivate and encourage her clients, this passionate trainer also leads by example. She enjoys running and has participated in a number of 5 and 10k's, half-marathons, and marathons throughout the years. She also enjoys weight training and has competed in a figure competition. She has a unique training style that incorporates functional training and Pilates to keep all her clients strong and injury free. She also works with special needs clients including individuals with low back, hip and knee problems. Her training philosophy is "No two bodies are alike." As a Professional Trainer, Cynthia strives with a passion to assist in educating, implementing, and achieving realistic goals for her clients.
