Dana Von Badinski

I have 20+ years of experience in health and fitness. I live health and fitness every day through my work as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and TRX small group trainer. My love of fitness started in undergrad when I graduated with a BS in Kinesiology and went on to achieve my Masters in Kinesiology.

After working in corporate wellness, commercial wellness and at a community college, I found myself in the YMCA. I worked a full time Fitness Director until my first son came along. At that time I focused myself on part time personal training and group exercise instruction.

I teach everything from Kettlebell to Seniors. I love teaching and instructing. My participants and clients inspire me as much as I inspire them. Their accomplishments feed my love of fitness!
