Jessica Miller

Jessica Miller lives for and loves her profession as a fitness professional. Jessica is an avid runner and cyclist, mother of two, and self-proclaimed dog lover. She works with her clients to create a plan of fitness action, while anticipating and overcoming the proverbial bumps in the road.

Jessica founded her business, Action Potential Personal Training Studio, on the basis that every person has a different starting point when it comes to fitness level and ability. However, we are all similar, in that we all experience the same phenomenon at a cellular level called the "action potential": the instant when our nerves and muscles receive the signals to MOVE. We all have the power to move, to start today, and to close one door and open another.
