Antoinette completed her 200 hour teacher training at Prana Power Yoga, Boston and enjoys teaching yoga regularly as a complement to her professional corporate career. As her yoga practice became more than just a way to stay in shape, Antoinette has found that yoga builds confidence and acceptance and encourages her physical, mental, and spiritual growth. Antoinette’s classes are designed to help you let go of self judgment and expectation while you challenge yourself physically and remember to have fun and smile against a backdrop of calming music.
Qualifications : Expirienced teaching individual sessions, small groups ( 3-12 people) and large groups (12 or more) ranging from beginner to more advancced classes.
