I am currently a Jazzercise Instructor teaching between 4-6 classes per week. I have taught all variations of Jazzercise including Fusion (circuit), Core, Strike (kickboxing), and strength60 (Body sculpting). I am known for being a difficult instructor and always aim to challenge my clients to the best of their own ability.
I also do personal touch which is small group pesonal training.
In the past I have trained over 175 people to complete their first marathon by developing personalized 4-6 month marathon training programs. Clients ranged from sedentary couch potatoes to trained runners.
