Jordan began her yoga practice in 2008. She was initially drawn to the physical aspects of yoga, specifically as a way to deal with injury from strenuous running and cycling. But as she delved deeper into her practice, it began to teach her more than she could have ever imagined! She completed her teacher training through Asheville Yoga Center with Stephanie Keach in 2011.
She is drawn to a vinyasa flow practice with a strong focus on alignment. Her classes will focus on breath, movement, concentration, relaxation, and having fun.
