- Tim Faciola
Tim graduated from SUNY Brockport with a degree in Exercise Physiology. While at school, Tim got certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a certified personal trainer. Upon graduation, he furthered his education and became a National Strength and Conditioning Association's (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He even went on to receive a concentration in High School Strength and Conditioning. Learning from the great innovators of fitness such as Michol Dalcourt, Mike Fitch, John Berardi, and more, Tim has made education a priority not only for himself but also his clients. Knowledge is the foundation for excellence.
Tim began his training career very young, starting with friends and family members before he realized that this was his career mission. After enrolling in the Exercise Physiology program at SUNY Brockport, Tim became a Personal Trainer at the school. He elevated the program by educating the personal training staff as well as setting up programs to create more involvement throughout the community. He began training the students, faculty, staff, and then even the college athletes. Upon graduation, Tim followed his plan and started his dream job at the flagship location of Equinox in Manhattan. He learned from several different mentors and was introduced to several educational opportunities. Feeling confined by the shackles of the corporate world, Tim moved back to Rockland County to create a more personal experience for his clients. Here, he met Alex Chemerov at Movements 4 Life.
