Tommy Jefferson

To whom it may concern:

Hello my name is Tommy Jefferson.  I was born and raised in Richmond, Va.  I recieved my higher education from Virgina Common Wealth University in sports medicine and business management.  After graduating from college I was an athletic trainer for a professionl arena football team as well as a local high school. Unable to go to Physical Therapy school because of funds I decide to meet my calling as a personal trainer.  I've been a motivator and a fitness educator for 21 years now and decided to add massage therapy to my resume.  I specialize in deep tissue, but am able to do just about any massage that is needed.  I love being around people and I absolutely  love taking stress out of their lives through massage.
