Joseph Hart

My name is Joe Hart I'm 26 years old and I was born and raised in Marin County California. I like consider myself a fitness enthusiast who loves to spread the word about being active and healthy. I started workout at the age of 13 and have been hooked ever since! Working out taught me so many things about self disicpline, working hard, life longevity, and self confidence! When I was in college I wanted to take everything I learned and teach others the beauty of living a healthy lifestyle. Once I was done with school I started teaching fitness classes at the Mt. Tam Racquet Club and absolutely loved it! The feeling of pumping people up to sweat and have a great time is like no other. Seeing the smiles on peoples faces after each class because all their endorphines are going is so rewarding. I then became a certified personal trainer because I also wanted to work one on one to really hone in on peoples individual goals. Everyone's body is different and ceratin areas need more attention than others. Helping my clients become the happiest and healthiest people they can be is truly an amazing experience. Seeing people achieve what they thought might not be possible is a feeling like no other. It doesnt matter if I'm bouncing around getting the mood going teaching fourty people in a class or just focusing on one person in a training session, I love it all! Even though I'm young in the fitness world I have a true passion for fitness and plan on doing this for the rest of my life!
