Victoria Ewing

Victoria Lynn is an NCPPT Certfied Personal Trainer and she is currently working on obtaining her NASM Certification.. She currently trains clients at Gold's Gym with Compel Fitness and is also the owner of Fit & Feisty Fitness.

Fitness did not come naturally to Victoria. Throughout high school Victoria always struggled with her weight and diet. She never could understand how to she would cut back on calories and still not lose the weight she wanted, and if she did it would come back times two!

"I would never consider myself an athlete in high school, I didn't participate in any sports and even made sure to take another elective besides physical education!"

It wouldn't be until years later, when tragedy struck, that Victoria would be faced with her biggest heartbreak. On February 5th, 2011 Victoria's best friend Jenna was tragically killed in a car accident.

"I'll never forget the pain I felt that day, to me it was if my whole world had broken into pieces within a matter of seconds."

After the accident Victoria became depressed and confused, soon she would find a journey she never imagined awaited for her around the corner.

"When Jenna died I had a hard time dealing with the idea she was really gone. I had turn to alcohol and food, in return I gained weight and became more depressed than ever. One day a friend of mine suggested I should try hot yoga... from that day on I never looked back."

Victoria found a love in yoga and began taking it regularly. After doing it for over a year religiously she decided it was time to take it a step further and got her first real gym membership. She became determined to finally get to her goal body that she had always wished for but never actually worked for. Victoria became addicted to the weight room and soon found herself preparing for her first NPC Bikini Bodybuilding competition. In November 2013 Victoria debuted at "The Big Cat Classic" and won 4th place in her division! This accomplishment only proved to her that it was time to follow her passion and become a personal trainer.

"For me working out isn't about being fit, it's about figuring out who you are and what makes you happy. I love being a personal trainer because the more I train with someone the more they realize they can do it! I see a person grow from thinking they can't do something to being able to conquer the world! It's an amazing feeling and extremely inspiring!"
